Description of assignment: PwC's Corporate Finance team acted as financial advisor to Kumppanuuskoulut Oy in the first municipal project to be carried out using the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model in Finland.
Kumppanuuskoulut Oy, a project company formed by Meridiam Investments II and YIT Suomi Oy, will support the construction of eight new schools and day-care centres of city of Espoo.
