PwC's Corporate Finance acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Ambientia Group Oy on the sale of Ambientia’s Atlassian business to Communardo Group, a multinational provider of consulting services and solutions for the digital workplace backed by German private equity firm Bregal Unternehmerkapital.

Ambientia is a leading Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner in Finland with an extensive blue-chip customer base and world-class talent. Its Atlassian business includes strong and versatile consulting services backed by tailored Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence solutions. Atlassian solutions support business processes and provide versatile capabilities for project management, software development, and information management.

This transaction represents PwC’s continued support to Ambientia in its transformation, following its recent divestment of public sector business to HiQ in 2024. Following the divestiture of its Atlassian solutions, Ambientia continues to serve clients in software development, e-commerce design, system integration, and other services.
