PwC Finland's Corporate Finance team is pleased to announce the completion of Project Sail - the sale of 100% of shares in Pre One Oy to Kotera Group Oy. PwC Finland acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders.

Founded in 2019, Pre One Oy is a metal industry specialist providing metal and welding projects and maintenance services throughout Finland. Pre One is specialized in gas, factory, and hygiene special metal pipelines. The Company has 14 employees.
