PwC Finland acted as legal, regulatory and tax advisor to Korkia Ltd and Korkia Capital Ltd in the sale of shares and related assets in Korkia Tontti GP Oy and Korkia Tontti II GP Oy to DEAS Fund Management DK A/S, Finland branch ("DEAS"). In connection with the transaction Korkia Tonttirahasto LP and Tonttirahasto II LP, alternative investment funds managed by Korkia Capital Ltd, as well as their feeder funds were transferred to the ownership and management of DEAS.
