PwC Finland had the pleasure of advising its long-lasting business partner, Evli Rental Yield Fund (AIF) in the acquisition of a retail property Kiinteistö Oy Tuusulan Pysäkkikuja 1, located in the Hyrylä retail area in Tuusula, from Staffia Oy. The retail property occupies well-known operators LIDL and JYSK as well as several smaller businesses. The retail area is also anchored by Finland’s largest grocery chains Prisma and K-Citymarket.
