Strategy& provided commercial due diligence to Hohde Group as part of their sale to Terveystalo Plc. Hohde Group ("HammasHohde") is a leading Finnish provider offering a comprehensive range of oral healthcare services through its group companies Hammas Hohde Oy and Loisto Laboratoriot Oy.
Hohde is a private full-service dental company with over 550 oral healthcare professionals providing high-quality general and specialised dental care in thirty-three clinics across Finland. The closing of the transaction is subject to the approval of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
