Object of sale: PwC acted as lead legal and tax advisor to St1 Nordic Oy in the sales of St1 Nordic Oy's wind power production capacity and development projects in Tuuliwatti Oy to Exilion Tuuli Ky. The deal comprises eleven wind farms with a total power of 315 MW to Exilion Tuuli Ky, and eight development projects with an estimated combined power of 475 MW. St1 will continue to operate the wind farms included in the transaction on the buyer’s behalf.
