Deal announcement: Sponsor Capital becomes majority owner of Velox Logistiikka

Finnish private equity firm Sponsor Capital has bought a majority stake in Velox Logistiikka Oy. The deal closed on 6 October 2026. The company's management team, Eeva Ylimartimo and Markus Autio, keep a substantial ownership share and will continue to lead the business.

Velox was founded in 2002 and is based in Tuusula. The company provides marketing logistics services, including warehousing, order picking and delivery of marketing and campaign materials, through its own digital service platform. The new ownership is intended to support Velox's growth through organic development, acquisitions and international expansion. The transaction does not affect the company's employees, customers or partners.
