PwC acted as the exclusive M&A, legal, and tax advisor to Savonlinnan BLC-osuuskunta throughout the transaction, while also advising on competition law matters, including the divestiture process and related engagement with the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (FCCA). The acquisition created the market leader in comprehensive security solutions for businesses in Finland and made Savonlinnan BLC-osuuskunta the largest shareholder of Loihde Oyj.
