Summary of the deal
Our long-lasting business partner, Evli Rental Yield Fund (AIF), has acquired a local service center Ristikko, located in Konala, Helsinki, from Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company and Hartela Etelä-Suomi Oy. Ristikko is a central for services varying from grocery stores to olympic level climbing training centre.
The project showcased again the strength of our full service concept where, by forming one seamless team with our client, our legal, financial and tax experts were able to support Evli Rental Yield Fund to reach the desired result.
