PwC had the privilege to act as the legal advisor to our long-lasting business partner Currentum Partners Finland Oy, a member of the Currentum Group, owned by private equity firm Axcel, on its recent acquisition of Sähköurakointi Aho Oy.
Sähköurakointi Aho Oy provides electrical contracting, installation and maintenance services in the region of Southern Finland and employs ca. 20 employees.
