PwC Finland's Corporate Finance team is pleased to announce the completion of Project Lota, where PwC Finland acted as the exclusive financial advisor to BetaSähkö Oy and its shareholders in the sale of 100 % of the company's shares to Currentum Partners Finland Oy.
Founded in 2013, BetaSähkö Oy provides electrical installation services across Finland. The company has 55 employees and has operations in Oulu, Vantaa, Tampere and Rovaniemi. Our Corporate Finance team consisted of Pasi Mäenpää, Tommi Rundgren, Miihkali Relander, Riikka Korhonen and Lauri Varrela.
