PwC Finland's Corporate Finance acted as the exclusive financial, and PwC Finland's legal and tax teams as exclusive legal and tax advisor to the owner in the sale of Sisärakennustekniikka SRT Oy to InArea Group. Sisärakennustekniikka SRT is located in Vantaa and provides interior construction services in Southern Finland. The company has a turnover of 7.4 million euros and employs approximately 45 interior construction professionals. The deal was executed simultaneously with the sale of Oulu-based Teknorakennus Oy to InArea Group, where PwC also acted as the exclusive financial, legal and tax advisor.
