PwC acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Auris Energia, a portfolio company of Aberdeen, in its acquisition from Lahti Energia of the steam process plant business and the related biogas plant in Lahti. The facility produces steam from biogas to meet the process needs of an industrial customer. Auris Energia is a Finnish energy company that provides fuel and energy-as-a-service solutions to industrial clients and real estate properties. Aberdeen is a UK-based investment company headquartered in Edinburgh, Scotland. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange.
