MyFiles helps organisations to improve their corporate governance
The cloud-based service includes the management of contracts and other important documents, a meeting portal for the board and the executive team, free electronic signature as well as a virtual data room service. The service is targeted especially for PwC’s small and medium sized corporate clients and foundations.
The service is produced by a Finnish company called ContractZen. PwC sells the service as MyFiles. MyFiles costs only 8,70 euros (plus VAT) per user a month.

PwC’s new cloud-based service for clients promotes good corporate governance
All the teams in the League store their player contracts in MyFiles and use it to manage their own documents, in an all paperless manner.
