PwC Finland's strategy implements PwC's global strategy in Finland, taking into account the needs of the local market and our clients. Guided by our purpose, values and global strategy, we continue our strategy work in Finland:
- We care for each other and create the best workplace by following our values. All this is reflected in our encounters with our colleagues and clients every day.
- We know our clients and their needs, as well as our own capabilities and combine them. We support collaboration by unifying our ways of working.
- We are launching a new model for the services that require combining different capabilities. We call these services Integrated solutions.
- We are renewing our sales and client leadership operating model through a multi-year programme, which will help us bring our clients more value and better client experience.
- We combine human ingenuity with technology and make more effective use of the opportunities and data brought by digitalisation, both in our own operations and in our services. During the strategy period, every PwC employee will have the opportunity to develop their digital and data skills and try something new.
