Working internationally

Secondments and international working situations

Success in the various sub-areas of international working requires balancing between official and reporting obligations, management of costs and efficient operating procedures. The possibility to work abroad and the high-quality management of situations to do with working abroad are important ways for a company to attract, commit and develop the skills of the future.

We support your company in all the stages of secondments and international working situations including international hires and remote work abroad, from planning and executing to returning back to the country of origin. At the same time, you will gain access to PwC’s myMobility tool, with which you can manage the obligations and sub-areas associated with international working easily and effectively.

Globally, PwC has around 9,000 professionals in international personnel mobility within more than 140 countries. We help our clients with foreign secondment policies, and by drawing up secondment contract models and individual contracts. We also help with applying for work permits and visas, settling down in a new country and practical arrangements, such as looking for accommodation, taking care of salary payment and official obligations and also questions related to taxation, social security and employment matters.
