Sale of Ilmastointi Salminen Oy, IS Works Oy and Besteam Oy to Kotera Group

PwC's Corporate Finance acted as the exclusive financial advisor to IS Group Oy in the sale of Ilmastointi Salminen Oy, IS Works Oy and Besteam Oy, to Kotera Group Oy.

IS Group consists of three companies: Ilmastointi Salminen Oy, IS Works Oy and Besteam Oy. Ilmastointi Salminen is a versatile provider of building services engineering as well as industrial maintenance and project services, specializing in demanding HVAC and mechanical installation projects. IS Works operates as a contract machine shop specializing in demanding industrial applications, and Besteam focuses on the manufacturing and sales of its own products.

Closing of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
