PwC represented Evli Rental Yield Fund (AIF) in the acquisition of a factory property

PwC acted as a legal, financial and tax advisor to Evli Rental Yield Fund (AIF) in a sale and leaseback arrangement of a factory property located in Pyhäntä, Finland. The seller and the lessee is Feelia Oy, a subsidiary of Fodelia Oyj, which is a Finnish publicly listed company helping Finnish food companies grow and internationalise so that consumers can enjoy locally and responsibly produced clean food.

In the leaseback arrangement of the factory property, the plant located on the property and owned by a third party remaining on the property in the arrangement was also taken into account. As part of the leaseback arrangement, PwC drew up the agreements related to the lease of the factory property and the land area.
