PwC had the privilege to act as the exclusive legal, commercial, financial and tax advisor to Vastuu Services Oy, a member of the Vastuu Group on its recent acquisition of Linnunmaa Lex Oy. Vastuu Group is partially owned by Hartwall Capital.

Linnunmaa Lex Oy provides legal compliance, value chain compliance and regulatory monitoring services in Finland and employs ca. 15 employees.
