PwC Finland had the privilege to act as financial, legal and tax advisor to the owners of Taimisto Huutokoski Oy in the sale of all shares in Taimisto Huutokoski Oy to the Swedish publicly listed Green Landscaping Group ABb (publ). Taimisto Huutokoski Oy is a family-owned plant nursery company today managed by the third generation. It supplies a complete range of plants with a customer base consisting of contracting companies and municipalities around Finland.

Through this acquisition, Taimisto Huutokoski Oy will join the group of Finnish companies within Green Landscaping Group.
