Our Strategy& team is delighted to have supported Sponsor Capital in the merger of Vantaan Kiinnike ja Rak Oy (“Van-ki”) and Kopadi Oy (“Kopadi”), a leading provider of diamond and demolition tools and dust and moisture management products. The new group will serve the construction sector with a wide range of products and services in an area from Helsinki to Oulu.
This is a great continuation of the collaboration between Strategy& and Sponsor Capital after Sponsor Capital’s initial investment in Van-ki in February 2022 when Strategy& also supported in commercial due diligence and joint value creation planning.
