PwC Finland acted as financial due diligence and tax advisor to Purmo Group Oy in their acquisition of UFHN, a UK-based company providing design, supply, and installation services of underfloor-heating systems, heat pumps and controls.
With over 20 years of experience, UFHN specializes in providing custom systems to public and listed buildings, private homes, multi-residential projects, schools, and care facilities. The acquisition enhances Purmo Group's positions in the UK market, expands its expertise in underfloor heating, and adds installation service capabilities.
Purmo Group is a leading supplier of indoor climate comfort solutions and headquartered in Helsinki, Finland. The Group operates out of 23 countries, delivers to over 100 countries and employs approximately 3000 professionals.
