PwC Finland acted as exclusive financial and legal advisor to Oubus Oy and its shareholders in the sale of 100 % of the company's shares to Pohjolan Liikenne. Founded in 2006, Oubus is a prominent bus service provider in Oulu, offering services in PTA contract and charter traffic.

The company employs approximately 60 drivers, with a revenue of 6 million euros in 2024. Pohjolan Liikenne is a national public transport operator and part of the VR Group. It currently provides public transportation services in Helsinki, Tampere, Kotka and Kuopio. Acquiring Oubus represents a market entry for Pohjolan Liikenne in Oulu area.
