PwC Finland acted as financial and tax advisor to MANN+HUMMEL on the acquisition of filter manufacturer M-Filter Oy.
Through this acquisition, the MANN+HUMMEL Group is expanding its presence and opening up new strategic business areas in Scandinavia and the Baltic States.
The M-Filter Group is one of the largest filter manufacturing companies in Northern and Eastern Europe with several production sites in Finland and Lithuania. Since 1962, the company has specialized in various areas of filtration, including air ventilation filters, HEPA filters, and oil/ hydraulic filters for engines.
