Object of sale: PwC acted as exclusive financial advisor to owners of Envor Group Oy in the sale of the company's biogas business to Nevel Oy, a portfolio company of France-based investment company Ardian.
Envor is a Finnish family owned company with a strong position in the Finnish biogas market owning two operating biogas plants and a substantial pipeline of new projects. Envor has a diverse feedstock base comprising multiple public and private feedstock providers. The produced biogas is sold to both industrial customers and transportation uses.
