PwC had the privilege to act as the legal advisor to our long-lasting business partner Currentum Partners Finland Oy, a member of the Currentum Group, owned by private equity firm Axcel, on its recent acquisition of Johtoykköset Oy. 

Johtoykköset provides electrical installations and maintenance services in the region of Tampere and employs ca. 15 employees.
