PwC had the privilege to act as the legal advisor to our long-lasting business partner Currentum Partners Finland Oy, a member of the Currentum Group, owned by private equity firm Axcel, on its recent acquisitions of Lähiputki Oy, Lähiputki Tampere Oy and LP Vahinkosaneeraus Oy. 

The three Lähiputki companies provide HVAC, maintenance and moisture damage restoration services in the capital region of Finland and Tampere and employ ca. 70 employees.
