CapMan Buyout and Tesi exit Forenom Group to a Bravedo-led investor group that will support the next phase of growth of the company

An investor group led by Bravedo has acquired Forenom’s shares from CapMan Buyout and Tesi / Finnish Industry Investment. The transaction marks an important milestone in Forenom’s development as a leading business accommodation solutions provider in Northern Europe and supports the company’s next phase of growth and service development especially for business customers.

During the previous ownership period, Forenom has expanded from a Finland-based operator into a pan-Nordic provider of business accommodation solutions, with a portfolio of more than 9,000 serviced apartments, aparthotel and hostel rooms across the Nordics and Germany, supported by over 30 local offices and a team of approximately 500 professionals.
