Vilma specialises in assisting clients with M&A transactions and with competition law related questions. Vilma joined PwC Finland’s Legal as an Associate in 2022, prior to which she has worked as a trainee at a professional services network’s M&A legal team, and as a legal administrator at a multinational iGaming company.
Vilma works in PwC Finland’s Helsinki office.
