Tuuli Järvelä

Tuuli has four years of versatile experience in real estate law and M&A transactions. Tuuli advises clients on real estate and corporate law matters, with a particular focus on real estate and corporate transactions. Throughout her career, Tuuli has been a part of numerous real estate development projects, where she has been negotiating and drafting agreements relating to land use planning covering easements, joint arrangements, joint possession agreements, and lease arrangements. Tuuli has assisted domestic and international real estate funds, housing companies, real estate companies and other prominent real estate industry operators. 

Prior to joining PwC, Tuuli worked as an associate at a law firm focusing solely on real estate matters and in the real estate practice of an international business law firm, where she built a strong and versatile experience in real estate-related matters.

Tuuli works at PwC Finland's Tampere office.
