Suvi Tervahartiala-Junell

Suvi has specialised in mergers and acquisitions and corporate law matters. She has more than ten years of experience in a wide range of domestic and international corporate transactions and investment activities, both as an attorney-at-law at a top-tier law firm in Finland and as an inhouse legal counsel in a publicly listed company.

Before joining PwC, she worked as a legal counsel at a listed company in the private equity sector for nearly seven years (2019–2026). Her responsibilities included advising on new investments, commercial contracts as well as versatile corporate law matters such as corporate resolutions, share issues and financial arrangements. In addition, Suvi acted as a secretary of the board of directors of several group companies. 

Further, Suvi has worked at one of Finland’s leading law firms, specializing in mergers and acquisitions (2012–2019).

Suvi works in PwC Finland’s Helsinki office.
