Sofia has several years of experience assisting and advising domestic and international clients in corporate and capital restructurings, ownership arrangements, as well as in other company and contract law matters. In addition, Sofia assists family-owned and other privately held companies with succession processes, shareholders’ agreements, and family and inheritance law matters.
Sofia works at our Helsinki office. Sofia serves clients in Finnish, Swedish, and English.
