She has an extensive experience of almost 20 years on multiple engagements related to different kind of legal issues regarding corporate law, data protection and contracts. Seija regularly advices and assists many domestic and global clients both on private and public sector and has participated in planning and implementation of a wide variety of international and domestic business reorganisations and corporate restructurings.
Seija works in PwC Finland's Helsinki office.
