Sanna-Maria is the head of PwC’s Legal team. Sanna-Maria has nearly 20 years of experience in advising clients in matters related to company law and governance, commercial contracts, domestic and cross-border business reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, as well as generational transfers of family businesses. Sanna-Maria has acted as the secretary of boards of directors and general meetings in several listed and private companies and assisted the management in matters related to the governance of the companies.
