Milla has exhaustive and long experience of corporate law and legal advice in wide variety of domestic and cross border business reorganisations and corporate restructurings and she has participated in planning and implementation of several structurings, e.g. mergers and demergers, transfers of business, carve outs, establishments and dissolutions of entities and branches. In addition, she advices non-profit organisations in their corporate law questions. Milla also assists clients with the corporate law implementation of compensation arrangements. Milla works in our Helsinki office.
