Mikko has more than 30 years of broad experience in advising clients on domestic and cross-border corporate law matters. He advises clients particularly on company law and corporate governance, corporate restructurings, and financial services and private equity regulation. Mikko assists listed and privately held companies, start-ups, investors, fund managers, public-sector organisations, associations and foundations. He has published and lectured extensively in his areas of expertise. Mikko works in our Helsinki office.
