Mikko Reinikainen

Mikko has a wide extensive experience of more than 20 years on domestic and international corporate law, especially in specialiced company law, business restructuring and corporate governance consulting. He has advanced expertise also on private equity regulation. Mikko works for a wide variety of entities from international corporations to start ups and from public organisations to private non-profits. He has published and lectured on his areas of expertise.
