Johanna has nearly 15 years of versatile experience, particularly in providing legal advice to privately owned, entrepreneur-led and family-owned companies and groups. Johanna specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate and contract law, as well as various structural and ownership arrangements. In addition, she advises business owners on family and inheritance law matters. Johanna has previously also worked as a tax adviser. Johanna works at our Oulu office.
