Iiris specialises in matters related to company law and corporate restructurings. Iiris assists clients also in legal matters related to investment funds as well as other legal matters relating to financial services. Iiris joined PwC Finland’s Legal as an Associate in 2025, prior to which she has worked as a Junior Legal Counsel at a multinational software company and as a Trainee at PwC’s Legal Services, in the investment team of a family office company and at a Finnish law firm. Iiris works in PwC Finland's Helsinki office.
