Enna specialises in assisting clients with M&A transactions and legal questions relating to company law and corporate restructurings. Enna joined PwC Finland’s Legal as an Associate in 2021, prior to which she has worked as a legal trainee in a law firm specialising in business law, PwC Finland’s Corporate Tax Group and M&A Legal teams, and in a Finnish industrial company.
Enna works in PwC Finland’s Helsinki office.
